It has been awhile since I made any real posts here. I was trying to power through an injury. Guess what? You're not supposed to power through any injury!!! Since Thailand I have logged a significant amount of running, more so than before Thailand. I came home with really tight IT Bands. I did some of my ITBand stretches (frog pose, cowface pose, double pigeon or square pose) but I sort of went on as usual.
