This weekend I found myself in a scary situation that I could not get out of. Ok let's not be dramatic. It was something that lasted somewhere between 4-8 minutes. I don't remember, but I do remember realizing how bad of a situation I was in that I was really forced to stay focused in order to stay safe and then just get through it. I think these are situations in which you can step back, be an observer -organize your thoughts and then choose. Panic or stay centered? Staying centered is what gets you through.
